    Our pass rates are currently 90% – 100% across all courses ~ well in excess of the overall national average.  

    How will work experience benefit me?

    Having a qualification is a tremendous asset when it comes to making yourself more employable, but it’s not the only way to stand out to potential employers. Work experience is an important part of becoming ‘workplace-ready’. Work experience provides many benefits, giving you skills and experience that will allow you stand out to potential employers.  

    Can I pay by instalments?

    Silverhill Training offer payment plans on the full cost, however please note we cannot accept payments for administration or registration fees in instalments, these fees need to be paid in full at the initial stage of enrolment.  

    How much will it cost?

    The price of your training will vary depending on the qualification that you choose. The price of each course will be discussed during your interview. You may of course prefer to pay in full and benefit from a 30% discount.  

    How long will it take to complete my course?

    This all depends how much time you are able to devote to your studies. It can be confusing deciding which course is best for you, if you are unsure please contact our friendly team here for impartial advice and detailed guidance on the recommended study hours for each qualification.

    What if I haven’t been in employment or a student for a long time?

    When you join SilverHill Training, you’ll receive a thorough study guide predominantly useful for those who are either new to study or are returning to study. It will contain useful tips, guidance and support on a variety of study techniques to help you. Additionally, our support staff is an email away and will always be available to deal with any inquiries you may have.

     

    Do I need to pay additional fees?

    No, once your training has been paid for there are no further costs involved for the training, however there is a cost for optional software and accreditations from third parties may incur other examination fees. Contact a consultant for further information and we will be delighted to discuss these fees in more detail.

     

    Interested? Where should I go from here?

    First complete our application form.

    A consultant will review your details, assuming we feel you are a suitable candidate; a member of staff will contact you to arrange an interview. All applicable Candidates must be vetted and interviewed to ensure they have a realistic chance of passing the trainee careers scheme.

     

    How quickly will I receive my learning materials?

    For online training you’ll be able to start learning within 24 hours after your payment has been processed.

    For other forms of training your enrolment should be processed within two working days and your learning materials delivered within one week.

     

    How does distance learning work?

    Distance learning gives you the flexibility to learn where and when you want so you can achieve your goals on your terms.

     

    Do students receive professional support through the entire course?

    Our students have access to their own personal tutor who specialises in the field of study. It’s your personal tutors purpose to ensure you receive helpful feedback and to take care of any questions you may have.

     

    Refund Policy

    Valid refunds will be processed within 21 working days upon receipt of returned unmarked and undamaged items in a resalable condition.

     

    Can I refer a friend?

    Yes you can refer a friend however we do follow a stringent application process to find the most suitable candidates for our training programmes. Please contact the consultant you have spoken to for more information on this.
